Plans & scope

Free Starter — $0: your booking page, deposits, and a customer list that builds itself.
Retention — $99/month: everything in Free, plus automatic rebooking reminders, review requests, and win-back campaigns.
These are the only two plans currently offered. A broader managed plan (content, local visibility, reputation, offers) is in development and not yet available to sign up for — it will be announced separately, with its own pricing, once it's tested and ready.
No setup fee on either current plan.
Your plan lists the active systems, channels, frequency, and location(s). Work outside that scope is quoted before it happens, never after. Two revision rounds per asset; every version is kept.

Accurate business information — prices, services, hours, claims. The system blocks publishing when critical facts are missing; chronic gaps stall your campaigns.
Occasional authentic photos/videos of real work, and permissions for any customer-identifying content.
Approvals within 5 business days. Pending approvals pause the cycle — we never publish without your recorded sign-off.

Every account and asset is created and kept in your name — your booking page, domain/website, social profiles, and your customer data.
Your bookings and customer list are yours: exportable at any time, and yours to keep if you ever leave.
We use role-based, revocable access — we don't ask for raw passwords where platforms support proper roles. On cancellation you keep every account, page, approved asset, and your customer list; we remove our access.

You stay the owner of your Google Business Profile at all times. You add Ochito as a Manager only — never an owner — and we never ask for your Google password. Google provides the profile itself at no cost.
We follow Google's Business Profile policies without exception: your real-world business name (no keyword stuffing), an accurate address or a hidden address with a service area if you travel to clients, correct categories, and only changes you've approved. We tell you about edits and never silently change or disable features.
Reviews: we only ask your customers for honest reviews and never offer any incentive for one — Google removes incentivized reviews, and we won't risk your profile. We respond to reviews on your behalf only if you've explicitly asked us to.
If you leave, you keep the profile. We remove our manager access within 7 business days of your request so you have sole control again.

We build and run your booking page. You set your services, hours, and deposit amount.
Deposits are paid by your customers directly to your own Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. Money never passes through Ochito — we don't hold, process, or take any cut of your revenue or deposits.
Honoring bookings, cancellations, and any refunds are between you and your customer.

Ochito drafts your messages (win-backs, rebooking reminders). You send them from your own phone by text — we never send on your behalf.
You're responsible for messaging only customers who have agreed to hear from you. We won't use purchased or scraped lists, and we decline requests to do so.

Plans are month-to-month, billed in advance: a free Starter tier, or Retention at $99/month. No setup fee on either. Expanded scope — new locations, extra channels, custom work — is quoted first.
Excluded: ad spend (your accounts, never marked up), third-party software fees, and services outside active systems.
Cancellation: written notice before the next billing date. No cancellation fees.

No guaranteed revenue, rankings, leads, or follower counts — we measure against your baseline and report honestly, including failures.
We will not create fake reviews, fake testimonials, misleading claims, or impersonate customers — and we decline instructions to do so. Ochito may decline any work that violates platform rules or legal standards.
AI is used for production speed; automated checks and human editors review every asset; you approve everything before it publishes.
Platform failures (outages, suspensions, API changes) are outside our control; we surface them, retry sensibly, and never hide them.

You license us your brand materials to do the work; approved assets are yours.
